WASHINGTON, Jun 30 (OneWorld.net) - Sixth months since the Israeli offensive, limits on reconstruction materials, insufficient access to health care and other public services, and soaring unemployment is preventing Palestinians in Gaza from rebuilding their lives, reports a humanitarian organization operating in the territory.
