WASHINGTON, Jul 1 (OneWorld.net) - The coming four months of monsoon rains could increase the risk of waterborne diseases for 280,000 displaced people in northern Sri Lanka. Aid groups working in the area are preparing for possible outbreaks of malaria, diarrhea, and dysentery.
