Green Light for U.S. Clean Car Standards

WASHINGTON, Jul 1 (OneWorld.net) - California and 13 other states were given a green light Tuesday by the U.S. government to implement higher emission and fuel efficiency standards for cars. Cleaner cars will save money on gas, reduce dependence on oil, and cut global warming pollution.

Great Move!

This is clearly a great move by U.S. to lead the car industry to a cleaner environment. But this should have been done a long time ago. Well, it's better now than never.
