06/30/2004 Mentre Kofi Annan e Colin Powell stanno per giungere in Sudan, varie ong internazionali richiamano le "gravi responsabilitą" del governo di Khartoum per il "genocidio" e la "pulizia etnica" in corso nella regione occidentale del Darfur. Solo nei giorni scorsi il presidente sudanese Omar el Beshir ha ordinato il disarmo di tutte le milizie presenti nel Darfur, comprese quelle filogovernative Janjaweed e solo ieri ha annunciato l'eliminazione di tutti gli ostacoli che impediscono l'arrivo di aiuti umanitari destinati alla popolazione del Darfur.

06/25/2004 The General Consul of the Romanian Embassy in Belgrade, Julijan German, said for Dnevnik daily that, starting on July 1, Rumania will introduce a unilateral visa regime for all citizens of Serbia and Montenegro. German said that the visa regime is a result of a failure to achieve bilateral agreement between the two countries.

Deca koja su krenula su korisnici materijalnog obezbedenja porodice, deca samohranih roditelja i deca iz porodica sa 5 i vise dece. Sve troskove boravka u Bavarskoj pokriva Crveni krst Bavarske. Odlazak dece je podrzala i Skupstina opstine Smederevska Palanka placanjem dela troskova prevoza i prigodnim dzeparcem za decu.

European Regions of the Year Map
06/21/2004 The Canton of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (Serbia and Montenegro) have been elected European Region of the Year 2006, as announced in Barcelona today by the President of the European Region of the Year Organisation, Xavier Tudela. Nine regions from various European countries had sought the nomination.

06/18/2004 "As the world shifts its attention away from Afghanistan, the country is descending into a downward spiral of lawlessness and instability," Amnesty International said Thursday. The deaths of at least 29 humanitarian and reconstruction workers in 2004 only highlight those conditions. Amnesty implored international donors to honour their promises to help rebuild the country.

06/17/2004 Sono 1.334.889 gli stranieri residenti in Italia: la maggior parte vive al Nord, č giovane e proviene da un Paese europeo. Lo rende noto l'Istat che ha diffuso ieri i dati definitivi del censimento 2001. Ma di fatto in Italia risiedono oggi circa 2.5 milioni di cittadini immigrati, pari al 4,3% della popolazione. Persone il cui ruolo per la crescita socio-economica italiana e dei loro paesi d'origine č sempre pił evidente.
