“STIT 2004” (Shield 2004) Military maneuvers started on October 11 in the protected natural area of Donji Kamenjak. The maneuvers will end on October 23. The maneuvers are organized in direct violation of Article 183 of the Environmental Protection Law which states that “no military maneuvers and exercises, or other military activities are allowed that may endanger natural heritage.”
