Amnesty Internationalin mukaan Kreikan tulisi kiinnittää kuitenkin enemmän huomiota ihmisoikeuksien turvaamiseen. La Justícia grega ha decretat la llibertat sense fiança dels set detinguts el mes de juny a Grčcia durant les manifestacions antiglobalització de la Cimera Europeua de Tessalňnica, entre els quals figuren els espanyols Carlos Martín i Fernando Pérez. L'alliberament es produeix quan l'estat de salut de cinc d'ells és molt crític després de gairebé dos mesos en vaga de fam. Amnistia Internacional ha demanat al Govern grec que investigui les informacions sobre maltractaments policials als joves i la fabricació de proves falses durant la seva detenció. Els ex presos no podran abandonar el país fins que se celebri el judici.

La Justicia griega ha decretado la libertad sin fianza de los siete detenidos el mes de junio en Grecia durante las manifestaciones antiglobalización de la Cumbre Europea de Tesalónica, entre los que figuran los espańoles Carlos Martín y Fernando Pérez. La liberación se produce cuando el estado de salud de cinco de ellos es muy crítico tras casi dos meses en huelga de hambre. Amnistía Internacional ha pedido al Gobierno griego que investigue los malos tratos policiales a los jóvenes y la fabricación de pruebas falsas durante su detención. Los expresos no podrán abandonar el país hasta que se celebre el juicio.

Els seus advocats han denunciat "obstruccions" a la defensa i als metges, i falta d'informació. Carlos Martínez i Fernando Pérez, que van ser detinguts al juny durant les manifestacions contra la Cimera Europea juntament amb altres cincs joves de diverses nacionalitats, exigeixen la seva llibertat i denuncien "maltractaments". Mentre que la Justícia grega decidirŕ el dimecres 26 de novembre si els concedeix llibertat condicional, aquesta setmana hi ha previstes diverses concentracions de suport a Madrid i altres ciutats.

La salud de los dos jóvenes espańoles detenidos en la cárcel de Tesalónica (Grecia) y en huelga de hambre desde hace casi dos meses está en estado crítico. Sus abogados han denunciado "obstrucciones" a la defensa y a los médicos, y falta de información. Carlos Martínez y Fernando Pérez, que fueron detenidos en junio durante las manifestaciones contra la Cumbre Europea junto a otros cinco jóvenes de diversas nacionalidades, exigen su libertad y denuncian "malos tratos". Mientras que la Justicia griega decidirá el miércoles 26 de noviembre si les concede libertad condicional, durante esta semana hay previstas varias concentraciones de apoyo en Madrid y otras ciudades.
