I read your posting "Nepal's Dilemma: Amnesty for Maoists?". The Maoists are perpetrators of human rights [abuses]. They are responsible for killing thousands of people in Nepal. So they must be tried as criminal and amnesty to them will be injustice to the people who were killed by them.
