Education Networks

The Global Education Partnership is a dynamic network of educators, development professionals, business people, and visionaries working with low-income youth.

The International Education and Resource Network teaches and supports educators in using technologies to promote student interaction in global projects.

The Global Learning Portal is a great resource for “connecting and inspiring teachers worldwide.”

The International Institute for Educational Planning is a UNESCO-affiliated organization whose mission is to strengthen the capacity of countries to plan and manage their education systems.

The Education Network is a new online service of the National Geographic Society that is a “one-stop shop for education news, resources, discussion, and much more.”

Monday Developments: Making Education a Priority Worldwide
As American children head back to school this September, many more millions of children throughout the world can only dream of being able to obtain an education. In the upcoming issue of Monday Developments, InterAction's bi-weekly publication, we highlight the issue of education in the developing world.
