The June 2010 'intersessional' UN meeting in Bonn was the first substantive UN climate summit since COP15. The OneClimate Channel was there.
In June 2010 an 'intersessional' meeting took place in Bonn, Germany. It was the first substantive round of talks since 2009's Copenhagen Climate Conference (COP15), and represented an important milestone in the build up to COP16 in Cancun, Mexico.
Observers were keen to see whether negotiations would continue to be mired by the fallout of COP15, or whether new trust could be built in an effort to get the global climate talks back on track.
The OneClimate Channel brought you 8 hours a day of live coverage, with more than sixty recorded interviews with expert commentators also made available online via our OneWorld TV YouTube channel.
