The climate summit in Tianjin, China, was the final 'intersessional' meeting before COP16 in Cancun, Mexico. it also fell in the week before the 10:10:10 global work party.
The OneClimate Channel covered the talks, live, for 5 hours each day. As noted by the New York Times, we overcame significant difficulties presented by the Chinese government firewall and uploaded more than 60 recorded interviews and features to the OneWorld TV YouTube channel.
During the week-long negotiations, the channel received almost 400,000 views from more than 130 countries.
