CTO, Panos to lead study on global ICT decision-making

The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation and the Panos Institute will conduct a study on "Strengthening Participation by Developing Countries in International ICT Decision-Making". The DFID-commissioned study is part of an international effort to help close the global digital divide by implementing the recommendations of the Digital Opportunities Task Force.
