Martin Kearns, Cofounder and Executive Director Green Media Toolshed, will discuss a project he is working on a guide to support nonprofit network reactions for staff, organizations and funders. Martin will highlight the potential cascading failure caused by many groups adopting the same set of survival behaviors. Jennifer Pryce, Director of the Washington, DC-MD-VA Office of the Nonprofit Finance Fund, will share short and medium term financial tips and tools to survive in an uncertain economic climate. Prior to joining NFF, Jennifer worked at Morgan Stanley as an investment banking associate in London and was heavily involved in lending transactions, risk analysis, strategy advice, financial analysis & client relationship management.

Jono Smith, Director of Nonprofit Marketing at Network for Good, will focus on online marketing strategies nonprofits can use to survive & thrive in a down economy. Jono is responsible for marketing Network for Good's online fundraising services to nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Network for Good, Jono spent eight years at SunGard Higher Education, where he was responsible for managing the company's marketing efforts in Europe and the Middle East. In his personal time, Jono has raised over $10,000 for AIDS vaccine research.

Heather Mansfield, Owner of DIOSA Communications and the Nonprofit Community Manager at Change.org, will talk about how you can build your online community, recruit new donors and e-mail subscribers, and empower your supporters to fundraise online on behalf of your organization. Heather is created and manages the Nonprofit Organizations MySpace, Nonprofit Organizations Facebook Page, Nonprofit Organizations YouTube Channel, and the Nonprofit Organizations Twitter Profile. She also blogs at Nonprofits 2.0.

Robert Enholm, Executive Vice President of Citizens for Global Solutions, will talk about how your organization can analyze its financial situation, operate more efficiently, cut costs, and collaborate with other nonprofit organizations as ways of surviving in difficult economic times. Bob was a founding principal of Candle Spark Strategies, advising nonprofit clients on the use of internet video and other emerging technologies.  In 2006 he served at the United Nations as Chief of the Central Emergency Response Fund Secretariat, helping to found a $500 million global emergency humanitarian relief fund.  Bob worked for many years as a corporate lawyer.
